This website is operated by Aspire HR & Training Consultants Ltd ("Aspire HR", "we", "us"). We provide outsourced HR consultancy, training and recruitment services to businesses across the West Midlands and beyond. Our website address is https://aspirehrandtraining.co.uk/.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info@aspirehrandtraining.co.uk or call 0121 289 9011.

What data we collect

We collect personal data when you interact with this website, specifically:

  • Enquiry and contact forms: name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your message, when you submit a form on this site.
  • Booking a call: name, email address and any details you provide when you book a free consultation through our online scheduling tool.
  • Phone, email and WhatsApp: any information you give us directly when you contact us by these channels.
  • CV submissions: if you apply for a role or send us your CV through our Recruitment page, we collect the contents of your CV and any covering information you provide.
  • Usage data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to help us understand how the site is used. See the Cookies section below for details of our use of Google Analytics.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the HR, training or recruitment services you have asked about.
  • Arrange and manage booked calls and consultations.
  • Consider you for suitable roles, if you have submitted a CV for recruitment purposes.
  • Send you information you have specifically requested, such as a follow-up to an enquiry.
  • Meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we will never use it for purposes you would not reasonably expect.

Cookies and third-party tools

This site uses a small number of third-party services to operate:

  • Calendly: our call-booking tool. When you book a call through Calendly, your booking details are handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp: our WhatsApp chat button opens a conversation via WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, for example which pages are most useful and how people arrive. This sets analytics cookies that collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

The cookies we use fall into two groups: those necessary for the site to function correctly, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics as described above. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can prevent analytics cookies at any time by using your browser's cookie settings, by browsing in private mode, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to use this site.

Who we share your data with

We may share your data with trusted third parties who help us run our business, such as our booking, email and IT service providers, strictly to deliver the services above. We also share anonymised usage data with Google as part of our use of Google Analytics. We do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, typically no longer than six years after our relationship ends. CVs and recruitment data are kept for a reasonable period to consider you for suitable roles, and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for legal reasons.
  • Object to or restrict how we use your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@aspirehrandtraining.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how we handle your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
